Every 3 seconds 1 person becomes forcibly displaced. Forcible displacement due to persecution, conflict, violence, and human rights violations have devastated the lives of 79.5 million people. Over the past few of years, the world has changed drastically with refugee crises occurring in several parts of the globe. HHRD is doing its part to support these refugee populations, especially the orphans and their families, who have escaped war and persecution from their home countries.
The blessed month of Ramadan will be upon us and as we prepare ourselves spiritually let us also remember to increase our charity along with our worship. Join us in our efforts this Ramadan to collect In Kind donations of rice, pasta, oil and sugar as well as, online donations to help purchase food items locally, for food packages for refugee families in need.
